This Privacy Policy describes how Meero collects and processes personally identifying information (“Personal Data” or “Data”) in connection with the Meero Suite services developed by Meero and the individuals who purchase, access, use and/or have an account to those services.
Meero has developed a suite of services on the software-as-a-service model, under the name “ProperShot”.
ProperShot is composed of (i) a mobile application for the guided creation and editing of visual content in the fields of real-estate (“ProperShot Mobile App”), (ii) a web application for the management and optimisation of visual content (“ProperShot Web App”) and (iii) meta-application services which allow businesses to create a customizable multi-environment experience between the ProperShot Mobile App and the ProperShot Web App (“ProperShot Meta-Application Services”).
The ProperShot Meta-Application Services allow Meero to propose a comprehensive and customizable offering around the ProperShot Mobile App and the ProperShot Web App where user accounts are generated and visual content is created with the ProperShot Mobile App and both are managed on the ProperShot Web App by two (2) types of users with access to different functionalities:

This Privacy Policy is part of the Application Terms of Use published on the ProperShot Mobile App, the Web Platform Terms of Use published on the ProperShot Web App, the Commercial Agreement and/or the ProperShot Terms of Sale for End Users, whichever applies to You, and describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You purchase a subscription, access or use the ProperShot services and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the ProperShot services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not purchase, access or use the ProperShot services.
The terms of use of the ProperShot services nor the commercial terms and conditions of sale of the ProperShot services You are bound by, if applicable.
The terms of use of the ProperShot Mobile App and the ProperShot Web App shall be published on the applications and the platform and outlines the rules for using the ProperShot services
The commercial terms that govern Your purchase, access and use of the ProperShot services are either governed by the Commercial Agreement between Meero and the Client and/or the ProperShot Terms and Conditions of Sale for End Users You have accepted when You purchased the ProperShot services.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
“Affiliate” means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
“Authorized User” means an individual person who is registered with Meero and permitted by the Client (e.g. Client’s employee, contractor, partner, agent) to use and/or purchase a subscription to use the ProperShot services under the terms and conditions negotiated by the Client in the Commercial Agreement has the meaning given to it above, it being specified that Authorized Users are either “Content Managers” with administrator accounts or “Content Producers” with unique user accounts. Clients may choose to have both.
“Data” or “Personal Data” means any information relating to a natural person, including any information deemed personal information under the applicable regulation regarding data protection and/or information through which a person may be identified directly or indirectly (e.g. by reference to a user ID, an identification number, location data, an online username or one or several specific elements related to a person’s physical or health status, nationality, cultural or social identity).
“Data Controller”, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to Meero’s Client as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, Meero’s Client is the Data Controller.
“Device” means any device that can access the ProperShot services such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
“Processing” or “Process” means any operation or set of operations carried out by Us and Our ProperShot services Providers for the purpose of providing the ProperShot services, regarding Data, such as collection, registration, organization, retention, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or any other form of making available, matching or interconnection as well as archiving and/or deletion.
“ProperShot services” has the definition provided above.
“Service Provider” means Meero and any natural or legal person who needs to process the data for the provision of the ProperShot services. It may therefore refer to third-party companies or individuals whose ProperShot services are used by Meero to facilitate the provision of the ProperShot services or to assist Meero in analyzing how the ProperShot services is used. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, ProperShot services Providers are considered Data Processors.
“Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the ProperShot services or from the ProperShot services infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
“User Account” means a unique account created for You to access our ProperShot services, the User Account may be a Content Manager Account (administrator account) and Content Producer Account (unique user account). Content Manager Accounts give access to information shared by Content Producers on their Content Producer Accounts.
“You/Your” “User” “Authorized User” or “Data Subject” means all Users accessing or using the ProperShot services on behalf of Our Client.
To enable You to use Our ProperShot services, We will be required to obtain certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by the ProperShot services is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this ProperShot services to provide its ProperShot services. In cases where the ProperShot services specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the ProperShot services.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by the ProperShot services or by the owners of third-party ProperShot services used by the ProperShot services serves the purpose of providing the ProperShot services required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at Meero operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the Processing are located. Data may therefore be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in, countries outside where You live, for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

All transfers of Personal Data made for the purpose of the Commercial Agreement, the provision of the Software ProperShot services and under this Privacy Policy, from the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), their Member States and Switzerland to other countries shall only be made in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and/or relevant adequacy decision in order to ensure each Data transfer complies with applicable EU legislation.
Under certain circumstances, Meero may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
Meero may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or We may make changes to Our ProperShot services or business. We will post the changes to this page and we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If We make changes that materially alter Your privacy rights, We will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the ProperShot services. If You disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, You should deactivate Your User Account.
